Dissemination of uncertain context information in anticipatory vehicle safety applications
External topic. Cooperative vehicle safety applications try to detect hazardous situations at an early stage by exchanging information between vehicles and between vehicles and roadside units. Bayesian Networks are a suitable approach for modelling the dynamic complex relationships of uncertain information in the in-vehicle knowledge bases. The main objective of this master thesis will be the theoretical and practical development of strategies for the dissemination of context information between these distributed knowledge bases.
