The institute of computer science is aiming at developing an online lecture evaluation system. Your task is to design an appropriate architecture and to create a reference implementation to allow students to give feedback on the quality of the different kinds of lecture at our institute. Beside the core functionality, important aspects are the fairness (similar to the eBay evaluations) and clear publishing rules (who is allowed to view/edit what at what time).
