Web based multimedia annotation
The goal of this thesis is the development of a browser plug-in which can be used to annotate (describe) multimedia content (such as images, videos, etc.) on Web pages according to a predefined model. This thesis is particularly suitable for bachelor students with knowledge and interest in web programming. The plug-in shall allow users to manually select and annotate blocks in web pages and store annotations using RDF. The topic could be extended if more than one student would be interested in this topic.
