Sharing of services in the globalized value chain lead to visions of virtual factories and enterprises, which provide additional value to the customer. The MSEE project tries to provide models, processes and tools for better interconnection between service engineering and product engineering by adding formal semantic descriptions to service descriptions. Within this thesis, the Service Delivery Platform for MSEE is presented with all its requirements. Further, special mechanisms and functions for handling RESTful service description annotations are shown and implemented. The ontology in the background is based on Minimal Service Model. Moreover, the implementation results in multiple Web services that cover the MSEE functionalities.
